What to do if the update application doesn't let you update saying that EzLink is being used?

Do the following steps:

a) Run task manager

b) Close (or kill) all processes that are named:
        EZLINK.EXE
        EZLINKMANAGER.EXE
        KML_BROWSERFREE.EXE
        KML_BROWSERPRO.EXE
        VR_CHECKER.EXE
        EZK_EDITOR.EXE
        XML_REFRESH.EXE
        EZREFRESHER.EXE       
    You should also close all Windows Explorer windows (open folders, etc), and Internet Explorer windows (including this one)

c) Return to update application, and press OK

Notes:
This is a temporary solution.
Full automatic shutdown of EzLink applications before updating will be available in a future version.
